DH-112 Venom Mk I - Classic Airframes - 1/48

Hi,

The latest one finished beginning of November 2018. This is the Classic Airframes kit to which I added the specific nose and auxiliary "FLUNT" tanks of the Swiss version. Decals are from MC-one. The build was not too complicated but a lot of time and care was needed to make this model look okay. For those of you who noticed that the airbrakes and flaps are not down, I will just say that the aircraft just landed and the pilot likes to have things tidy.

The paint job is purposely worn out which is typical of Swiss Venoms.

D-3801 Morane Saulnier MS 406 Walkaround

After the Bf-109 , here is a short walkaround of the Adolph Saurer AG license-built D-3801 Morane Saulnier MS-406 also exposed at the Swiss Airforce museum at Dubendorf (Switzerland). One advice, if you go in Switzerland say D-3801, not M.S. 406 or you will have to handle a diplomatic issue  - n'est ce pas Gérard :) Below are a few pictures of the cockpit taken through the windows ...
